Quality Control

Quality control refers to the process, most often implemented in manufacturing, of monitoring the quality of finished products through statistical measures and an overall corporate commitment to producing defect-free products and services.

The goal of statistical quality control was to gather data that would allow for the constant improvement of manufacturing processes, which would in turn improve quality control.

As the Company operates a standard type and range of services, customer satisfaction and quality are achieved by operation in accordance with the documented quality system. Specific customer requirements are identified and documented during the contract review process, allowing these requirements to be communicated and achieved, ensuring satisfaction of all customer declared needs.

Akash Group personnel are responsible for assuring that the company’s quality standards are met. Extensive use of total quality methods, by Akash Group and many of its suppliers, contributes greatly to meeting these high standards.

There are many forms of QA processes, of varying scope and depth.Akash Group always take much care of the following QA process when it comes to their client satisfaction:

1. Test of previous articles.
2. Plan to improve.
3. Design to include improvements and requirements.
4. Manufacture with improvements.
5. Review new item and improvements.
6. Test of the new item.
